Fix Syncron keeps the awkward part — the price — where it belongs: agreed in person, after the work has been seen.

If you need work done

    Describe the work with tick-boxes

    Pick a category and tick each task: cut the grass, edge the lawn, lay slabs, paint the hallway. Add a short note for anything unusual.

    Add up to five photos

    Your first job post is free. Photos are optional but they help handymen judge the work before they travel — the small posting fee is shown when you submit.

  3. 3

    Handymen show interest

    Members in your area see your job and can register interest, ask a question and propose a time to come and look.

  4. 4

    The visit sets the final price

    Nothing is binding until a handyman has seen the work in person and given you a final price you accept. You can decline any quote.

    Nothing to pay to join — your listing goes live as soon as your ID is verified. The €5 monthly membership only starts after you mark your first job as complete, by PayPal or direct bank transfer.

    Build a profile worth trusting

    Up to 20 photos — a few of your tools and van, the rest of your finished work — plus a description of what you do and where.

    Pick up local jobs

    Browse posted jobs, see the tick-list and photos, and register interest on the ones that suit you.

    Visit and quote

    Arrange a time, see the work and enter your final price. The customer accepts or declines. Fix Syncron takes no commission.

The agreement, in plain words

  • Anything shown before a visit is a guide only, never a binding quote.
  • The agreement is formed when the handyman has visited, given a final price, and the customer accepts it.
  • Fix Syncron does not take a percentage of the work — the posting fee and the €5 monthly membership (only after a handyman's first completed job) are the only charges.
  • Payment for the work itself is arranged directly between customer and handyman.
